Philosophy
Self care at the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels is essential to promote wellness. The many facets of yoga assist us to rediscover our ability to heal ourselves, as we recognize our deep connections to all of life. Care of our bodies and minds leads to self-awareness, which is the beginning of transformation.
Services
Mary Ellen draws on her background in traditional medicine to bring the healing aspects of yoga to her clients.
Private or group instruction is available, which includes an initial holistic assessment with a selection of postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation or visualization tailored to individual needs.
